NEW PRODUCT - AQUATHERM INNOVATIVE PIPE SYSTEMS
climatherm® pressure pipe systems for chilled and hot applications
climatherm® is particularly appropriate for use in air conditioning
systems where metal pipes are traditionally used. The inner and outer
surfaces of these metal pipes can corrode, however by using climatherm®
corrosion is no longer an issue. In addition the 100% corrosion
resistance capability of the product guarantees the life expectancy of
mechanical applications.
climatherm® is the result of extensive research and development by
aquatherm® Germany. The properties inherent in the climatherm® pipe are
the result of integrating a special faser mixture with polypropylene -
the result a 'faser composite pipe'.
The coefficient of linear expansion of the climatherm® pipe is similar to other metal pipe materials. Compared with other solid
plastic pipes the support intervals can be increased and pipe clamp
requirements reduced.
