Custom built refrigeration rooms for this waterfront venue
Opening a new seafood restaurant requires substantial refrigeration equipment. Amongst other things, White Refrigeration designed, sized and installed a freezer room, keg room, crab cool room and general cool room. This installation required pipe work to be run 4 stories upward to where the condensing units are located for appropriate ventilation and efficient operation.
