Charged 1 hour to come to the city from Greylynn as travel cost Literally its 10min drive to our site.. Saw the technician sitting in the car park .because they can charge from base to base .he got here early, so he decided to sit in the car .why not...someone else will pay for the carpark and their time.Did not call in to check if there was on-site parking! I am never going to use this company again, nor I will recommend anyone. They charge the same rate for traveling and paperwork!
